30 Day Push/Pull Challenge
For your Pull movement you can pick from the following styles of pullups :kipping, strict, chest to bar, or butterfly(pick one style to work on and stick with it through the whole challenge)
For your Push movement you can pick from the following:dips or pushups
Modify the movements whatever way you need to in order to complete it.
We will be starting a 30 Day Push/Pull Challenge on Sunday, October 1st. If you participate you will be required to do as many Push/Pull movements as what day of the challenge it is, for example day 1 you do 1, day 2 you do 2 and so on.
1. In order to stay in the challenge you must do the required amount of Push/Pull movements on each day.
2. You can buy back your Push/Pull movements, example if you miss day 29, you can do 59 Push/Pull movements on day 30 and still be in the challenge. You can also buy in at any point. You can not buy forward.
3. Please complete all Push/Pull movements to standard example chin over bar(or chest touching bar), full extention, shoulder to the rings, chest to floor, etc. If you have ANY ?s on the standards PLEASE ask a trainer.
4.Push/Pull movements can be done anytime, anywhere possible and do not need to be completed in one session. Break them up through out the day if needed, and Push/Pull movements in the warmup or workout do count.
