Paleo Challenge 2012

We selected Tyler Stevens as the winner of the Paleo Challenge for not only his complete and total transformation but his all-around dedication to not only the Paleo lifestyle but CrossFit. He went so far as to supplement his own birthday cake for a Paleo friendly whipped coconut cream dessert. He’s lost over 40lbs and continues to make show progesses in both Met-Cons and strength workouts . I believe his pictures can speak for themselves and so can Tyler…
“The overall results are impressive to me. I changed my habits. Eating,
Drinking and exercising. I have never eaten so much Bacon, nuts and fruit!
I feel much stronger, better stamina, less sore, less energy swings, less
hungry, and my beard came off (Ok, maybe that was not b/c of the paleo
challenge, but it did mark the end of the challenge for me). The first meal
off the challenge? I had scrambled eggs, and grilled chicken, with almonds,
and carrots (hmm, seems pretty paleo). I am pretty sure I will be moving
forward for the foreseeable future with 80% paleo.
